I don't bounce. When I join a team, I'm there — through the hard shifts, the slow seasons, and the days
when nobody wants to be there. That's when it matters most.
Devotion
I genuinely care about the work and the people around me — not for show, but by nature. I remember the
regulars, I notice when someone's struggling, and I move to help without waiting to be told.
Reliability
On time, every time. If I say I'll handle it, it's handled. Managers don't have to chase me — I show up
ready and I close out clean.
Growth
I was promoted from bus person to server because I kept pushing. I want to keep growing — into
supervision, into leadership, into whatever the team needs me to become.

High-volume fine dining taught me that standards don't flex. Plating discipline, white-glove service,
and composure when the room is full — these aren't luxuries, they're the minimum.
Lesson: Zero tolerance for slop makes you reliable.

When the client relationship and job outcome rest entirely on you, everything changes. No safety net, no

Running the store independently meant opening, closing, delegating, holding people accountable, and
resolving guest conflicts in the moment. Leadership isn't a title — it's showing up ready to take
responsibility.

2024 – 2025
Casino-floor volume at peak. High-density shifts, real-time guest recovery, and brand consistency when
it matters most. The culmination of everything learned: precision, speed, composure, and ownership
operating in parallel.
Lesson: Mastery is doing it right when pressure is highest.
